Megha’s passion for working with children shines through in everything she does. With over two decades of experience in childcare and her natural ability to connect with kids, Megha has created a home away from home where children can grow, learn, and thrive.
Megha, a proud grandmother of four, finds immense joy in spending time with children both at daycare and in her family.
When she’s not with the kids, Megha follows her passion for singing, music, and gardening. Her warm and nurturing personality, combined with her professional certifications in CPR, First Aid, and early childhood education, ensures every child feels loved and supported..
Megha is supported by her husband, Vilas Thuse, who plays an integral role in KidsPlanet’s success. A retired IT and professional services consultant, Vilas transitioned from the corporate world to support Megha’s dream of running a daycare. He takes care of the administration, marketing, accounting, and website management for KidsPlanet, allowing Megha to focus on what she loves most—caring for children.
Beyond his work at KidsPlanet, Vilas is an active community leader. Known for his creativity and generosity, he is a certified astrologer, hobbyist photographer, and skilled audio engineer who volunteers his talents to various cultural and charity organizations. A lifelong music enthusiast, Vilas also runs East Bay Karaoke, sharing his passion for music with others.
Together, Megha and Vilas create a nurturing and joyful environment where children are loved and cared for like family. At KidsPlanet, every child’s happiness and growth is their top priority.
